You are invited to the Oxfordshire Ramblers Area AGM on Saturday 24 January 2026 at Longford Park Community Centre, Hobby Road, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4GJ starting at 13:30, hosted by Banbury & North Oxfordshire Group.

1230   Bring your own picnic to eat in the hall

1330   Presentation by Ramblers Chief Executive Officer Ross Maloney

Tea/Coffee/cakes will be provided after the AGM by Banbury & North Oxfordshire Group.

Parking/Hall: The Community Centre car park is next to the school on Longford Park Road and in sight of the Community Centre (SP467381, OX15 4GD). Doors open to our room at 12:30, toilet facilities will be available from 10:00. 

The main purpose of the AGM is to accept the Annual Report and to elect members of the Area Council for the forthcoming year. We currently have the following vacancies:

• Area Footpath Secretary
• Area Publicity Officer
• Member without portfolio

Please consider whether you would be able to volunteer for one of these roles (the procedure for nominations to Area Council is shown below).
