Always prove popular with opportunity to walk and have fun in other parts of the country and also abroad. They can be organised by anyone in the group so if you've an idea for one and want to publicise it, let us know and it will be listed here and a forum set up on the message board for it.

Usually there will be a "waitlist" operating for a weekend away once its fully booked so you may still be able to go on a trip if someone has to drop out, contact the trip organiser to ask to go on the waitlist.

As places are always limited, and typically oversubscribed, these events are, usually, only open to group members.

Where	Confluence Centre, Kilnsey
Description	Visit sunny Yorkshire in July? Yes! OWW will be back for the fourth time at the tried and tested Confluence centre in the picturesque Wharfe Valley between the Dales villages of Grassington and Kettlewell. Once again it's a three night stay in this scenic, well equipped centre. Join a Friday afternoon walk (if you can get there by then) and then two day walks on Saturday and Sunday. The local pub is a few minutes' walk away for evening meals and on Saturday night we will organise a meal all together. Accommodation for 18 is in 9 twin bedded rooms, the cost per head for 3 nights is £55 (includes bed linen but not the food contribution for Saturday).
