Events can be organised by anyone in the group so if you've an idea for one and want to publicise it, there's a handy form on this page that you can use to email all the relevant details to the Social Secretary. Please note that it may sometimes take up to a week for the event to appear on the list.

Here are some ideas for possible social events for this group:

• Visits to National Trust properties (note that some of these host concerts in the summer).
• City visits e.g. Bath, Salisbury, Winchester...
• Group visits to Oxford attractions e.g. Ashmolean Museum.
• Summer boat trip - could be an evening one.
• Wine tasting.
• Pub evenings / meals.
